In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we requests your co-operation in observing the following rules.

| Arrival and Departure |
The behavior of the previous guest has an impact on your stay and you will impact the stay of the next travelers.
◊ Check-in is from 03:00 pm
◊ Check-out is before 11:00 am
◊ You may be required to show an ID upon arrival.
◊ Before your departure thank you to report any object / equipment broken. Non-reporting may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
◊ On departure you are asked to leave the apartment clean, tidy and take out the trash.
| Neighborhood |
The building dates from the 18th century, which is what makes its charm but the walls are thin
◊ Thank you for minimizing your impact on the neighborhood by having a respectful and responsible behavior.
◊ No noise in the court-yard after 07:00 pm.
◊ No noise in the apartment between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am.
◊ Noise disturbance is prohibited at any time.
| Security |
A good stay is above all a hassle free stay
◊ Make sure the door and windows are closed when you go out.
◊ Before each trip, check that all electrical equipment and lights are turned off.
◊ When traveling, always keep an eye on your personal belongings especially in tourist areas, the subway and bars / restaurants terrace.
| Tobacco |
◊ For safety and comfort reasons, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
◊ It is tolerable to smoke in the court-yard as long as you do not cause any troubles for the neighborhood.
◊ Please ensure that your cigarette butts are properly extinguished before throwing them in the trash.
| Preservation of the environment |
Our environment is precious !
◊ Please use the water wisely by limiting your time in the shower and choosing “eco” washing cycles on the washing machine and dishwasher.
◊ Turn off lights and appliances when they are not needed.
◊ Please respect the sorting instructions:
⇒ WHITE DUSTBIN : all glass waste without caps or lids. GLASS only.
⇒ YELLOW DUSTBIN : all recyclable waste: cardboard, plastic and cardboard packaging, coffee capsules, papers, magazines and so on.
⇒ GREEN DUSTBIN : all the rest, including food waste and anything for which you have a doubt.
⇒ DO NOT dispose of (in any kind of dustbin): Toxic products, pharmaceuticals, batteries and light bulbs.
| Comfort |
Wine, tea and coffee are offered. Treat yourself!
Shampoo, shower gel and sheets are provided.
1 towel per person is provided but you can order additional towels (in sets of 5 for €10).
I am sure you will understand the importance of these few rules and that they will guarantee you a better stay.
