Amazing time
My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying at Raoni’s apartment. The host was extremely accommodating to my family as our flight arrived much earlier than planned and the host was able to let us drop our bags off at the apartment as well as check in a little earlier then planned, which was very helpful after in very long flight from California. The apartment was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults with enough space to fill like you were not on top of one another. The apartment is perfectly situated in the Latin Quarter, only minutes away from major attractions like the Notre Dame Cathedral, Luxembourg gardens, and the Pantheon. Furthermore there were amazing Boutique shops and restaurants and cafes just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. But even with all of the hustle and bustle of a city at night when we returned to the apartment it was refreshingly quiet with very little noise from the street and from other occupants of the building. Thank you Raoni for an amazing stay I will be sure to recommend this apartment to friends and family who visit this lovely city, as I too will hopefully stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Everything you need
The flat of Raoni was clean and located perfectly for exploring the city. The communication with the host was perfect and if there were any questions he responded fast. The flat has everything you need for a city trip to Paris. I can highly recommend Raonis flat if you are planning to stay in Paris.

O apartamento é muito bom
Valeu a pena termos nos hospedado no Apartamento Moisan, tanto pela localização privilegiada quanto por tudo aquilo que o apartamento oferece. A começar pela decoração primorosa, seguindo pela ótima qualidade dos utensílios de cozinha, material de cama, mesa e banho. Em suma: com certeza voltaremos a ocupá-lo e o recomendamos aos interessados.
A fabulous location
A fabulous location to see all ofparis via the metro or train. The flat was nice and clean! Would encourage anyone to stay here!

A fabulous apartment
I had the pleasure of living in this apartment for four weeks in June, and loved every moment. It is very modern, beautifully appointed, spacious and lacks nothing. Ground floor, on a charming, quiet little street, just a short stroll to the Odeon Theatre and Luxembourg Gardens, there is so much to enjoy in the surrounding area, including vintage bookshops, excellent cafes and bistros, boulangeries and food markets. At the end of a day walking Paris, it was a pleasure to come back home to this lovely apartment and relax. Raoni, the owner, is great to deal with, nothing was a bother for him.
